### Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the growth of the SCF portfolio. This role involves a deep understanding of supply chain finance products, market trends, and customer needs, ensuring the delivery of tailored financial solutions that enhance client value and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
### Key Responsibilities:
### 1.Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the supply chain finance market.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, focusing on manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and other key stakeholders in the supply chain.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients' needs.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand clients' supply chain financing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Regularly meet with clients to review their financial needs and propose appropriate SCF products and services.
• Product and Solution Development:
• Collaborate with product development teams to design and enhance SCF products and solutions.
• Provide feedback from clients and market insights to influence product development and improvements.
• Ensure SCF solutions are competitive, innovative, and aligned with market demands.
### 4.Sales and Marketing:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve SCF business growth targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
### 5.Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Collaborate with internal teams, including risk, compliance, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless delivery of SCF solutions.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall growth strategy of the company.
### 6.Risk Management:
• Assess and manage risks associated with SCF transactions.
• Ensure all SCF activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Work with the risk management team to develop risk mitigation strategies for SCF products.
### 7.Reporting and Analysis:
• Monitor and report on the performance of the SCF portfolio, including key performance indicators and financial metrics.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
• Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve business performance.

### Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain finance, trade finance, or a related financial services field.
• Proven track record of successful business development and sales in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain finance products, market dynamics, and client needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
