Overview:Core42 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in brand management, capable of leading brand initiatives and driving the growth of our brand in the region and globally. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, the B2B tech infrastructure landscape, media planning, and effective communication strategies to elevate the Core42 brand to new heights.Core42 is the UAEs national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, combining G42 Groups expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations. Building on our capabilities as sovereign cloud and HPC specialist, we bring generative AI, cybersecurity, professional and managed services expertise to enable national-scale program deployments across industries. Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with Core42's overall business objectives and vision, and align with parent companies goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform brand positioning and strategy.
Brand Positioning and Messaging: Define and refine the brands unique value proposition, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in product development, marketing campaigns, and customer communications.
Campaign and Event Execution: Plan, execute, and oversee 360 marketing and GTM campaigns that promote the Core42 brand, events, products, and services. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results and achieve marketing goals.
Brand Communication: Develop and manage brand communication strategies both internal and external, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and PR. Ensure all brand communications reflect the brands voice, tone, and values.
Team Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of brand and marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including product development, sales, and creative agencies, to ensure cohesive brand representation. Support budget management and invoice processing.
Employee Branding: Act as a trusted business partner with HR and Internal Comms to develop and lead initiatives to enhance Core42s employer brand, fostering a positive and attractive workplace culture through internal communications and external employer branding strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the technology sector.
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing campaigns and strategies
Experience communicating results to senior management
Excellent social marketers, ideally with social platform expertise with an understanding of what drives viral and entertaining social creative for B2B and B2C technology landscape
Compelling writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
