Job Description
A leading bank in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Manager to join its growing Data & Analytics team. This role will be instrumental in driving data-driven insights and supporting marketing and business optimisation through advanced analytics.Key responsibilities:- Lead data analytics initiatives focusing on CRM, traditional display ads, marketing optimisation, and SEO strategies- Conduct detailed forecasting, efficiency analysis, and performance metrics for job postings and marketing campaigns- Oversee data collection, cleansing, and integration processes to ensure accuracy and reliability for strategic decision-making- Collaborate with internal teams to develop data solutions and deliver actionable insights- Provide expertise in managing and analysing customer data to enhance marketing and sales outcomesRequirements:- Strong SQL expertise with the ability to build complex queries and optimize database performance- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau- Exposure to Google Tag Manager is a plus- Proven track record of handling customer data in sales or marketing settings- Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders and leading cross-functional projects
