Senior manager - Ad sales/International & RyiadhI am working with one of the biggest names in Telco who re building a new VOD platform here in Dubai. this role will be responsible for handling the Ryaidh and International market. someone from the SVOD/AVOD industry is highly desired.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve ad sales targets and maximize revenue from display, video, and other ad formats
Identify and prospect potential ad partners, build strong relationships, and negotiate deals that align with their marketing objectives
Market Penetration: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our advertising presence in the MENA region, with a primary focus on the Saudi market, as well as identifying and capitalizing on opportunities outside of MENA.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with advertising agencies, key clients, and partners to understand their advertising needs and provide tailored solutions.
Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed advertising revenue targets through proactive sales efforts, negotiation, and contract management. Identify new revenue streams and business development opportunities.
Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage the sales manager and specialist, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to ensure the team\'s success and development.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Content, and Operations to align sales strategies with the company\'s objectives and offerings.
Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports, and provide senior management with performance updates, forecasts, and recommendations.
