Job Description
Our client is seeking a talented Accounts Payable (AP) leader to join the growing finance team! You\'ll excel in cash management, spearhead change initiatives, and foster a collaborative culture that embraces diversity.
- Oversee all aspects of cash management, ensuring efficient and accurate operations.
- Implement and manage change initiatives, driving process improvement and innovation.
- Lead a team of 6-10 direct reports (Accountants/Sr. Accountants) and empower their growth.
- Collaborate effectively with the VP Finance and provide strategic support.
- Have a proven track record of success in AP/Treasury, with strong technical expertise.
- Possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment and embrace continuous improvement.
