At Sprinklr, Senior Managed Services Consultants have both the technical knowledge as well as the business consulting acumen to work through complex use cases while understand the business and technology landscape to maximize the impact of Sprinklrs Service offerings for our customers.They speak from a position of confidence and credibility with their product and industry knowledge, and have the ability to provide insights, building rapport easily while being a trusted advisor.Main Responsibilities:Act as technical subject matter expert for Sprinklr Service products, supporting field Solutions Consultants as a technical resource in driving new business in relation to solution architecture, integrations, infrastructure, and analyticsWork directly with prospects and customers during sales cycles, to build confidence and excitement around the full functionality of the Sprinklrs Service products and integrations with customer systemsLead presales activities including building and delivering compelling presentations, making solution recommendations, facilitating in-depth technical workshops, assisting with RFPs, and conducting Proofs of Concept (POC) that demonstrate Sprinklr solutions and the value they provide against a customers required capabilitiesCollaborate with the Sprinklr Service ecosystem (i.e. engineering, product design, product marketing and demo engineering) to impact success of the businessArchitect solution designs that include integrations between Sprinklr and 3rd party solutions for CRM, PSTN Carriers, SBCs, SIP Trunks, etcKeep up with an aggressive training schedule and maintain up to date Sprinklr product certificationsWillingness for up to 40% travel, largely within the US and LATAMCare Specialist Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in a presales role, preferably with a CCaaS based companyStrong working knowledge of Voice PBX/Carrier interconnection and migration architectureExperience with Cloud contact center technologies ranging from IP Telephony, Intelligent Routing, Workflow Automation, Self Service, Conversational AI, Workforce Optimization, Outbound Engagement, Social Media Engagement, Digital (DX), Unified communications (UC) and Analytics.Theoretical and practical knowledge in computer technology disciplines, including AI/Machine Learning and Cloud based APIExcellent verbal and writing skillsThe ability to effectively interact with business and technical audiences in the English language (required) and Spanish or Portuguese (desirable)Proven record of driving new initiatives, sales innovation, and business developmentWhy You\'ll Love Sprinklr:We're committed to creating a culture where you feel like you belong, are happier today than you were yesterday, and your contributions matter.
