Provide sales reports to Senior Management.

Oversee the smooth operation of Luxury Travel services.
Motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets, ensuring company profitability.
Regularly meet with the Travel Team to review sales figures and plan strategies.
Liaise with company officers to address local issues and strategize solutions.
Promote and market the business to new or niche markets.
Manage budgets and maintain financial records.
Sell travel products and tailor-made tour packages.
Source products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke and sustainable travel.
Ensure branch performance and productivity exceed expectations.
Gather information on client preferences and interests.
Coordinate with travel partners to manage bookings and schedules.
Handle customer inquiries and aim to exceed their expectations.
Oversee recruitment, training, and retention of staff.
Organize incentives, bonus schemes, and competitions.
Address disciplinary matters and customer complaints.
RequirementsJob Requirements:
7-9 years of experience as a Travel Manager in hospitality, travel, and tourism.
Proficiency in Saber GDS and expertise in Salesforce CRM system.
Expertise in commercial flight booking.
Ability to manage a demanding workload with flexibility and urgency.
Experience in handling VIPs and arranging itineraries.
Strong project-oriented leadership skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MAC IOS and G-Suite.
Flexibility in work schedule.
