Our brands include Bloomingdales, Harvey Nichols and Armani to name just a few!About The RoleWe are looking to hire a Loyalty Executive for our Amber Loyalty program for AlTayer InsigniaWhat Youll Be DoingResponsible for end-to-end loyalty program management Responsible for UI and UX journeys on the Apps Responsible for building automated journeys for Email/ Push / In-app and digital channels both from business and technical perspective Ability to understand customer behavior data to formulate strategies for campaigns. Responsible for Campaign strategy, design and management Work closely with data team for Campaign performance analysis and reporting. Drive Digital experience online on all Ecommerce portals and Apps. Support in the Launch of new loyalty program initiatives and program enhancements. Support in drafting testing scenarios and responsible for testing all functional elements of the program Promote Loyalty program across all touch points. Implement and manage omni channel experiences in stores - enable / launch all technical and functional aspects of the program instore and online. Draft Processes for managing Fraud, Manual points adjustment, Returns and refunds, escalation matrix. Implement and manage for smooth function of the loyalty program. Work closely with stores for loyalty program promotion and train store staff. Dashboards design, review and management. Reporting regularly on program performance. Support social media activities for the program.About YouExperience: Working in Retail environment Digital platforms specially on Apps and Ecommerce portals UI/UX experience on App Technical competency Data analysis Experience in launching / managing loyalty / CRM programs. Campaign Management experience. Experience working with CMS tools such as Contentful CRM experience - Experience in deploying Email / SMS / Whats app / Push and In-App communications. Social Media experience Process design experience. Store operations experience preferrable. Skills: Proficiency in using CMS tools for managing content such as Contentful. Understanding technical aspects of the program is a must CRM tools skillset for deploying Email / SMS / Whats app / Push / In-App on Salesforce marketing platform. Proficient in Excel and Power point skill a must Fluency in English Arabic language preferrable Data mining skills Google Analytics skill is a must.Additional Information
