Job Description

We are looking for Logistics In charge with proven UAE experience. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate Shipments:
  • Arrange and schedule transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery to designated locations.
  • Select appropriate carriers and negotiate terms to optimize cost and service.
Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demands.
  • Oversee stock replenishment, storage, and distribution.
Order Fulfillment:
  • Process and prioritize customer orders, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Manage order tracking and provide updates to customers as necessary.
Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations.
  • Handle necessary paperwork and documentation for shipments and customs clearance.
Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and carriers to negotiate rates and ensure timely deliveries. Problem Resolution: Address any issues or delays in shipments, and find effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on logistics performance indicators, such as on-time delivery, transportation costs, and inventory turnover. Cost Management: Monitor and control logistics-related expenses, finding ways to optimize and reduce costs. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and implement best practices to increase efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: min 3years UAE experience Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Experience:
  • Logistic In charge: 5 years (Required)
