Effectively manage day to day operations of Door to Door logistics function by supervising customer enquiry, follow-up, goods receiving, load handling, delivery tracking and documentation to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by on-time delivery of goods at D2D destinations. Also assist the Operation Head in the overall performance of the sector in terms of operations, profitability, team management, customer satisfaction, cost minimization and legal compliance.
Criteria -
Qualification : Graduate in any discipline.
Diploma in Logistics Operations or MBA is desirable.
Job Experience : 4-6 Years experience in logistics operations
GCC experience in Land Based Cargo.

Key Responsible Areas / Accountabilities (KRA) -
• Follow all organizational policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions under the KSA sector so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Manage and respond customer enquiries promptly in order to close the enquiry positively and maintain customer relations.
• Assist team members by coaching and supporting them to provide a seamless service to the customers by ensuring legal compliance.
• Partner with Operation Head to generate profitable revenue from the sector by managing resources effectively, reducing cost, optimize efficiency and timely job closing.
• Assist in sales and marketing activities of the sector and acquire new customers by converting enquiries in to sales using customer first approach.
• Supervise and execute the goods receiving, inspection, and efficient utilization of warehouse spaces for safe storage, load planning and quick cargo dispatch.
• Responsible for the compliance in export / import customs' documentation, time limits, and other legal aspects to achieve a safe cargo delivery avoiding fines and penalties.
• Oversee the cargo movements, identify problems early and report issues promptly to the Operations Head.
• Manage data entry of proper records for all jobs / deliveries / customers etc in ERP system.
• Ensure all incoming messages / enquiries are dealt promptly in the section.
• Ensure staff working under demonstrates strict compliance of organization's policies and procedures.
• Perform any other management or project tasks as required by the company time to time.
