• Commercial Contract Review and Negotiation: Review and negotiate commercial contracts related to storage, distribution, utilities, and other areas.
• Prelitigation and Litigation: Manage prelitigation and litigation processes to safeguard company interests.
• Safeguarding Intellectual Property and Trademarks: Protect the companys IP and trademarks within the region.
• Company Secretary: Perform duties as the company secretary, ensuring adherence to corporate governance standards.
• Managing Corporate Matters: Oversee and manage various corporate legal matters.
• Advising on Sustainability and ESG Initiatives: Provide legal advice and support for the development of sustainability and ESG initiatives, including those related to forced labor.
• Daily Operational Support: Assist and support Operations, Logistics, HR, GCS, Finance, and Sales departments in their daily activities and operations.
• Ensuring Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant local laws and regulations.

Skills Requirement:

• Education: Bachelor of Law.
• Specialized Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the energy market, energy transition policies, and sustainability directives and regulations related to carbon zero.
• Skills and Abilities: Minimum 5-10 years of legal working experience in a corporate legal department, preferably with experience in a law firm.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
• Cultural Competence: Proactive approach, ease of communication, and openness to different cultures.
