A prominent law firm based in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Legal Consultant, you will play a vital role in our firm\'s success by leveraging your extensive legal expertise, client network, and business development skills to drive growth and contribute to the overall success of our firm.

Responsibilities:

• Legal Expertise: Utilize your comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the field of law to provide high-quality legal advice and services to our clients.
• Client Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, providing them with personalized legal support and building long-lasting relationships based on trust and professionalism.
• Business Development: Actively engage in business development activities, leveraging your network of clients and contacts to generate new business opportunities for the firm.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and provide sound recommendations and solutions to clients.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies, and assist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies.
• Mentoring and Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior legal professionals, assisting in their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Education: Possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution. Additional qualifications, such as an LL.M., would be an advantage.
• Experience: Have a minimum of 20 years of experience practicing law. Proven experience in business development and client management is essential.
• Network: Demonstrate an extensive network of clients and contacts within the legal industry, particularly in the real estate sector.
• Expertise: Possess deep knowledge and expertise in UAE laws and regulations, specifically related to real estate, property transactions, and commercial law.
• Communication Skills: Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic would be highly advantageous.
