Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Learning Partner to deliver comprehensive training across various platforms to both existing and new clients. The Senior Learning Partner will be responsible for conducting face-to-face training sessions, developing learning materials, assessing training outcomes, and cultivating strong business relationships with key stakeholders. This role involves close collaboration with our sales team to identify client training needs and coordinate sessions as required. Ultimately, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing client understanding of our platforms, facilitating business growth, and maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering high-quality training sessions and nurturing strong relationships with our Diamond clients.
• Recording training requests and tasks in Salesforce CRM.
• Achieving personal and team OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) as set by the company.
• Providing support to the sales and customer experience teams as needed.
• Evaluating client knowledge levels following training sessions.
• Maintaining a well-organized schedule to accommodate requests from Diamond clients promptly.
• Creating, developing, and updating all training materials to tailor them to the specific needs of our Diamond clients.
• Serving as the primary point of contact between Diamond clients and other stakeholders, efficiently managing client requests and feedback through streamlined follow-up processes.
• Continuously seeking new methods and techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of training delivery.
Desired Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a senior client trainer, corporate training specialist, senior learning partner, or similar role.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in managing full training sessions and engaging large audiences, including in-person and web-based learning activities.
• Aptitude and eagerness to quickly learn and apply new tools and techniques.
