Join us and create the future.Career Level - IC3Responsibilities:What you will doAs a Senior Learning Leader you will work with Oracle Health counterparts and client leadership to develop client and role-specific learning-enables strategies and outcomes.Your duties will also include:

• Develop role-specific learning outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
• Implement multi-site learning projects, including:
• Creating learning strategies tailored to client needs.
• Identifying learning gaps and addressing them effectively.
• Developing learning curricula to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Tracking learning achievements and evaluating progress.
• Coordinating learning events for seamless execution.
• Communicating with client partners to ensure alignment.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with Organizational Change Management to track adoption of learning initiatives.
• Adjust curriculum based on adoption outcomes to optimize effectiveness.
• Take charge of on-site logistics for training events and other learning-related meetings.

Required Experience

• Bachelor\'s degree
• +6 years of overall experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish rapport with team members and clients
• Arabic language knowledge is a plus
• Availability to travel as needed within the region
