Position Overview:

We're seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to drive our sales pipeline by sourcing and qualifying high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, strong communication skills, and a passion for the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and qualify leads through online platforms, and email campaigns.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up.
• Utilize CRM tools to track, manage, and nurture leads.
• Attend networking events to build relationships and generate new leads.
• Analyze lead generation campaigns and optimize strategies for better results.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in real estate.
• Strong communication and CRM software skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Expert in real estate digital marketing 's platforms including, Instagram, Google Ads, Facebook , LinkedIn, tiktok ,SEO
• Proven experience working independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
