INTERNAL USE

Support Charlotte\'s backstage team through events, launches, press days, celebrity and VIP client appointments and location services (when required)
COMMERCIAL

Work collaboratively to review the business with your Store Manager to put a POA into place for drivers and opportunities, including top and bottom performing artists, to achieve counter targets and deliver #1 Ranking within your store
Commercial understanding and action planning to help achieve no.1 sales results through Services, ranking, limitless eventing opportunities, Social opportunities, AT, Occupancy, and our key franchises.
Drive incremental cash through limitless eventing. Ensure you are leading from the front with planning and hosting to overachieve your stores eventing targets monthly and for the year.
Driving results through the delivery of training modules, NPD & supporting the business to drive team engagement through effective delivery & adoption of business objectives. Showcases the ability to assess training needs & areas of opportunity within their team. Can support the business with strong eventing plans & execution
Has a track record of executing and hosting successful event, with excellent execution and profitable
