ARTISTRY
  • Be an inspiration to the team always demonstrating expert artistry leading by example

  • Lead in Artistry Skills checks
  • Demonstrates an expert understanding of \'Tilbury Technique Brow, Liner & Lip shape Expert in all10 Iconic Looks and Franchise look. Understands Charlottes backstage artistry with the ability to coach the team and drive team KPI\'s
  • An expert in understanding all face shapes and tailoring facial framework
  • Knowledge & Experience in designing & executing Bridal Make up. A thorough understanding of mood boards, trends & strong communication skills. Key strengths in organisation & coordinating.
  • Has a wealth of product and skincare understanding, can colour match and prescribe the perfect base for anyone anywhere, able to execute a signature flawless CT skin look.
  • Working alongside the Pro Artist to identify artistry development needs and opportunities conducting training with required artist
INTERNAL USE
  • Ability to coach the team and drive team KPI\'s
  • Ensure that exceptional hygiene standards are maintained on the counter
  • Support Charlotte\'s backstage team through events, launches, press days, celebrity and VIP client appointments and location services (when required)
COMMERCIAL
  • Consistently deliver personal targets and KPI\'s of your own business, at all times and ABOVE store performance.
  • Work collaboratively to review the business with your Store Manager to put a POA into place for drivers and opportunities, including top and bottom performing artists, to achieve counter targets and deliver #1 Ranking within your store
  • Commercial understanding and action planning to help achieve no.1 sales results through Services, ranking, limitless eventing opportunities, Social opportunities, AT, Occupancy, and our key franchises.
  • Drive incremental cash through limitless eventing. Ensure you are leading from the front with planning and hosting to overachieve your stores eventing targets monthly and for the year.
  • Driving results through the delivery of training modules, NPD & supporting the business to drive team engagement through effective delivery & adoption of business objectives. Showcases the ability to assess training needs & areas of opportunity within their team. Can support the business with strong eventing plans & execution
  • Has a track record of executing and hosting successful event, with excellent execution and profitable
ROI
  • Confidently able to upskill team members artistry and drive KPI\'s through effective coaching techniques and feedback
  • The ability to construct a Monthly training report to be completed and sent to SM, FTM and
Area Manager, Pro Artist - this will cover artistry, service training and results. Followed up with clear call to Action with a plan to deliver focuses & results for the month ahead.
  • Social presence with forward thinking to drive big calendar moments and/or opportunities in their locations. (internal/external eventing/student events/High mobs vs different stores) to include these results in monthly report to FTM/Pro
  • Driving personal appointment occupancy and maximising every consultation always delivering exceptional MAGIC service
  • Have a clear understanding of the counter occupancy performance and targets and working alongside the business manager to ensure growth in your counters service performance
  • Consistently achieving brand expectations of rebooks and data capture.
  • Leading by example and focus on recruiting new customers daily, retaining and upselling to our returning CT customers.
  • Maintain high standard of time keeping on counter to ensure team efficiency
  • Ensure that exceptional visual standards are maintained on the counter
  • Maintain technology on counter, raising any operational issues to your line manager for resolution in
STORE AND PARTNERSHIPS
  • Lead by example and be able to communicate effectively during store visits with brand stakeholders.
  • Clear communication during meetings and calls (roles may include team/same role/SLA/FTM)
  • Establish and develop a cooperative and mutually respectful relationship with the store retail team; ensuring all store policies are always adhered to
  • Proactively suggest collaborative opportunities within store to your line manager to drive
