MISSIONS:


• Lead, manage and coordinate landscape design projects independently without supervision
• Lead client meetings and take the ownership of tasks and deliverables as per project requirement
• Provide solutions with creative thinking and collaborative approach throughout the design process
• Undertake industry relevant research, determine and develop the design standards (through diagrams, photoshop and Lumion renders) based on project requirement for wider team to use.
• Actively participate in internal and external design workshops, coordination, troubleshooting and clash detection sessions with internal and external disciplines involved in projects with ability to put together concluding notes.
• Deliver landscape design principles, technical reports and guidelines through descriptive writing independently.
• Ability to resolve technical details related to landscape interface, engage with relevant stake holders, guide and supervise junior designers, BIM modelers and Technicians.
• Undertake and deliver all phases of the technical deliverables from Concept to Detailed Design Documentation including writing specification, report and preparing BoQ
• Conduct quality procedures applicable to the landscape design for technical deliveries
• Enhances standards of developed landscape design graphics (diagrams, photoshop and Lumion renders) across projects and documents the same for wider team use.
• Ensure timely delivery of the project with qualitative output.

PROFILE:
• Degree qualified in a Landscape Architecture
• 10 - 12 years of overall professional experience in Landscape Architecture and site implementation
• Aware of the regional and international standard methodologies of Landscape Architecture.
• Proven work experience for Middle East projects
• Creative ability and design flare, suitable for a range of landscape projects
• Advanced knowledge of production of design deliverables in InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit, CAD through digital media and hand sketching.
• Excellent knowledge of design, tender and construction process.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate as part of a diverse studio team
• Excellent written communication skills with ability to excel in leading the tasks.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to promote landscape architecture skills amongst the team and outside.
