The Architectural and Planning team is also growing and as a result we are seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Architect who will be supporting the Architectural and Planning team to deliver their projects.Role PurposeThe Senior Landscape Architect will be responsible for leading the landscape design of various projects, working closely with clients, project managers, and other design professionals to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:

• Create the project vision, produce conceptual sketches and design reports.
• Lead the design process from conceptual phase through to the construction documentation and ensuring the design idea is consistent and accurately executed.
• Prepare, and develop drawings, models, images, and other documents relating to the design. Meet with clients to discuss the design requirements for new constructions, alterations, or repairs.
• Collaborate closely, where appropriate, with members of the external design team and other associated organizations or companies.
• Coordinate the design with all disciplines, subconsultants, and stakeholders.
• Proactively checks and coordinates project documents (including but not limited to multi-disciplinary drawings, design reports, technical specifications, etc.) and ensure they meet Client requirements and Industry Standards.
• Takes ownership for preparation of discipline drawings for submission to the Statutory Authorities. Developed knowledge of local & international codes, regulations and submission requirements.
• Sets the overall strategy for producing the documents and identifies the sheets planned for each stage of the work. This includes defining how data will be organized into files and which elements will be incorporated in a Building Information Model (BIM).
• Implementing SID \xe2\x80\x9cSafety in Design\xe2\x80\x9d principals throughout the design process and ensuring ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Structure throughout projects.
• Mentors and advises the less experienced staff, participates in professional development reviews and \xe2\x80\x9cLessons Learned\xe2\x80\x9d sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s qualification in Landscape Architecture or similar.
• Proven experience of which 8 years must be working on Medium to Large Scale Projects.
• Extensive experience from concept through to construction, across a range of project types including residential, commercial, hospitality, medical, leisure, education and high-rise developments. Previous site experience would be beneficial.
• Strong design capabilities and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, InDesign, 3D rendering software.
• Middle East experience and working knowledge of design and construction practices specific to this region.
• Strong knowledge of local codes, regulations, and submissions requirements.
• Experience in fast track and design to budget projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Strong coordination skills.
• Master planning experience is a plus.
