Randstad is working with high quality landscape and urban design consultants in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the search for a design focused Senior Landscape Architect. As a Landscape professional Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing high:profile projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers, architects, and engineers to create inspiring and sustainable landscapes that enhance the urban environment and improve the quality of life for its residents. Key responsibilities: * Lead the design and development of large:scale landscape architecture projects * Manage project time:lines, budgets, and resources effectively * Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met * Conduct site analysis, environmental assessments, and feasibility studies * Mentor and guide junior landscape architects and designers To be considered, candidates must have: * Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field * Minimum of 8 years of experience in landscape architecture * Proven track record of managing and delivering high:quality landscape projects * Strong proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS. * Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills * Previous Middle East experience is preferred This is a long:term opportunity with an excellent design firm that offer a clear progression path and a diverse project portfolio Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
