Job Description

As the Key Account Executive for National Corporation for Tourism & Hotels (NCTH) accounts in our food division, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with this key client. Your role will involve driving sales, fostering relationships, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery to meet the specific needs of NCTH.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at NCTH, including decision-makers and influencers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications, inquiries, and issue resolution related to NCTH accounts.
• Conduct regular meetings and business reviews to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
• Identify new business opportunities within NCTH through proactive account management and networking.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to develop tailored solutions and proposals.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand market share and strengthen the company's position within NCTH.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
• Develop long-term relationships and partnerships to enhance mutual business growth and profitability.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives targeted at NCTH accounts.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance, opportunities, and challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of account activities, sales pipeline, and forecasts using CRM software..

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Key Account or similar role, preferably within the food industry and with experience managing large corporate accounts like NCTH.
• Strong understanding of food products, hospitality industry dynamics, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
