Our reputation has led to us advising on global technology benchmarking and technological certification of buildings.We work across a range of market sectors including workspace and residential, mission critical and academia, work that has seen us feed into the new technical approach for UK schools and assessing smart systems for the technical evolution of Muscat in Oman.Operating globally, our Team is based in Dubai close to Dubai Marina, Central London right next to St Pauls Cathedral, Warsaw with views of \xc5\x81azienki Park, in the heart of Singapore near Orchard Central and in Hong Kong a short walk from Victoria Harbour.The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior IT/AV Engineer with the ability to engage and interact with stakeholders at different levels, joining us to play a leading role in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative design solutions, whilst providing technical and team leadership.You will collaborate within the wider Cundall team and external partners, working closely with colleagues of various disciplines to help manage the delivery of technically excellent and successful projects.The role will include managing engineers to deliver designs, technical reviews, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring fee and programme for projects. You will be involved in QA processes, establishing deliverables, mentoring and work winning activities. Using your expertise and determination you can manage, motivate, and inspire less experienced engineers.You will also support, and be supported by, senior management staff within the team, embracing the collaborative and supportive behaviours Cundall exhibit.The SkillsYou are already or working towards Chartered Engineer status, educated to degree level in Electronics Engineering, you will have gained significant experience in an ELV consultancy and / or engineering role within the ELV design field.Ideally, you will have an understanding of the principals of IT, Security and Audio-Visual design and delivery. However, we are willing to work with the right driven and technically strong individual to develop these skills. In your most recent position, you will have consistently demonstrated your ability to manage small to medium-scale projects and less senior engineers to deliver to, and exceed, client expectations.You have proven ability in producing schematic diagrams, preparing specifications and project reports, carrying out site inspections and surveys, detail design development as well as lead project meetings. Knowledge of industry standards and Best Practices or other technical benchmarking for buildings is a positive, bringing your own opinions on how we can support clients through technical journeys.
