IT Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement the company's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Identify opportunities to leverage technology for process improvement, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.
Collaborate with senior management to define IT budget and priorities.

IT Infrastructure Management:

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including network, servers, storage, and telecommunications systems.
Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems and infrastructure.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend infrastructure enhancements or upgrades when necessary.

Data Security and Privacy:

Establish and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and practices to safeguard company data and systems.
Implement data backup and disaster recovery plans to minimize data loss and downtime.
Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

Systems Administration and Support:

Manage and support the company's software applications and systems, including ERP, manufacturing systems, inventory management, and reporting tools.
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for system upgrades, maintenance, and support.

Project Management:

Lead IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Define project scope, develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Team Leadership and Development:
Manage the IT team, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance management.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's/ masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Specialist/ Manager or in a similar IT leadership role within a manufacturing/ similar environment.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network management.
Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software applications.
Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, data protection regulations, and industry compliance requirements.
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month Application Question(s):
