Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing network solutions, firewall configurations, and wireless solutions. You will play a key role in deploying and maintaining server infrastructures while ensuring robust security measures and optimal network performance. A valid UAE driving license is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Management:

Design, implement, and manage network solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Firewall Administration:

Configure, monitor, and maintain firewall systems to protect company networks from external threats.

Wireless Solutions:

Manage and troubleshoot wireless networks, ensuring strong and stable connectivity across all company locations.

Server Deployment:

Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of server infrastructures, including both physical and virtual servers.

Security Measures:

Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard data and network systems.

Technical Support:

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for network and server-related issues.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, system updates, and troubleshooting procedures.

Compliance:

Ensure that all IT systems comply with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in network management, firewall administration, and wireless solutions.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in server deployment, network security, and management of firewall and wireless technologies.

Certifications:

Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Security+, etc.) are a plus.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

License:

Valid UAE driving license is required.

Skills and Attributes:

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network and server issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proactive and adaptable to changing technology and business needs.
