Senior IT Infrastructure -
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop the overall IT infrastructure and system architecture strategy in alignment with business goals for AG Holding.
• Manage and maintain the company's on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, network equipment, and data centers
• Administer and optimize cloud platforms, primarily (AWS) , including setup, configuration, monitoring, and scaling of resources.
• Manage Azure Active Directory for identity and access management, ensuring secure user authentication, single sign-on (SSO), and integration with cloud applications.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Intune , ensuring secure deployment, updates, and compliance for corporate devices across various platforms.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows/Linux), virtual machines (VMs), and other critical software services, including system updates, security hardening, scripting, and performance tuning.
• Monitor system performance and network infrastructure to identify issues and optimize performance for reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement and manage security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, encryption, and access controls, to ensure a secure IT environment both on-premises and in the cloud.
• Design and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions for critical systems and data, utilizing both on-premise and cloud technologies.
• Respond to and resolve infrastructure and system issues, providing advanced technical support for escalated problems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify infrastructure needs, plan new system implementations, and recommend effective IT solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and cloud services, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive measures to optimize system performance and reliability.
• Provide guidance to the Helpdesk team and act as a point of escalation for complex issues, fostering a collaborative work environment
• Work with IT leadership to ensure Helpdesk training and operations are aligned with overall IT strategies and goals.
Skills and Qualifications :
• Strong background in IT infrastructure and system architecture.
• Experience in managing networks, servers, storage, and datacenters.
• Linux system administration , including configuration, security management, shell scripting, and performance optimization.
• Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., PowerShell)
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols, including firewalls, encryption, and web security.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Basic Qualifications Required by the Candidate
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6 to 8 Years Minimum experience in IT Field
• 3 Years experience in the same role.
Preferred Certifications :
+ Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Enterprise Administrator Expert.
+ AWS Certified Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator.
+ (CCNA) or equivalent networking certifications, with expertise in routing, switching, and network security.
+ Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Security Administrator Associate (for Intune and security management).
