Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Management:

Manage, maintain, and optimize the company's ERP system, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations with other business applications.

Customize and enhance ERP functionalities to meet business needs.

Provide technical support and training to users across departments.

Ensure data integrity, security, and system reliability within the ERP environment.

IT Infrastructure & Management:

Oversee the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software systems.

Manage cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.

Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

Supervise and coordinate IT support, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal IT solutions.

Plan and implement IT projects, aligning technology with business objectives.

Monitor IT budgets, software licenses, and procurement processes.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on ERP systems and IT management.

Expertise in ERP system, e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics

Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, database management, and cybersecurity.

Experience in business process automation and IT project management.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to support non-technical users.

Industry experience in trading, electronics, or B2B is a plus.
