Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior IT & E-Commerce Systems Administrator

to manage and enhance our WooCommerce-based e-commerce platform, oversee Zoho CRM & inventory management, and handle technical server administration. The ideal candidate should have expertise in WordPress/WooCommerce development, Zoho applications, and IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless business operations and optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Development & Maintenance (WooCommerce & WordPress)

Develop, maintain, and optimize WooCommerce-based e-commerce websites. Implement and customize WordPress plugins/themes to enhance functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website performance, security, and compatibility. Ensure site speed optimization, SEO best practices, and user-friendly UI/UX. Manage third-party API integrations with WooCommerce.

Zoho CRM & Inventory Management

Configure and manage Zoho applications, including CRM, Inventory, Books, and Analytics. Automate workflows and integrate Zoho with WooCommerce and other platforms. Ensure accurate tracking of stock, sales, and reporting within Zoho Inventory. Provide ongoing technical support and optimization for Zoho applications.

Server & IT Infrastructure Management

Set up, configure, and maintain web servers (Apache, Nginx) and hosting environments. Monitor server performance, security, and backups to prevent downtime. Manage DNS settings, SSL certificates, and domain configurations. Implement cybersecurity best practices to secure business data and transactions. Perform regular maintenance and upgrades for company IT infrastructure.

General IT Support & Administration

Provide IT support for internal teams, troubleshooting hardware/software issues. Maintain network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity. Set up and manage cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or similar). Implement IT policies, data protection measures, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

5+ years in IT administration, e-commerce development, and server management.

Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of

WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript

. Experience with

Zoho CRM, Inventory, Books, and Zoho API integrations

. Server management skills (Linux/Windows, cPanel, Plesk, WHM, or cloud hosting). Knowledge of DNS, SSL, firewalls, backups, and cybersecurity best practices. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
