We are seeking a skilled Investment Manager to oversee our company's investment portfolio and financial strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, evaluating investment opportunities, and making strategic decisions to maximize returns while minimizing risk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial markets.

Responsibilities:

• Investment Manager will be responsible for guiding high-quality deal flow, performing due diligence, executing investment transactions, and managing portfolio companies to support their effective growth and eventual exit.
• Manage and monitor investment portfolios, ensuring they are in line with company goals and risk tolerance.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial markets, industries, and companies to identify investment opportunities.
• Develop investment strategies and execute trades to achieve optimal financial outcomes.
• Evaluate and recommend asset allocation models based on economic trends, market conditions, and company objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments such as finance, legal, and compliance to ensure investments comply with regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and present investment proposals, performance reports, and financial forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay informed about developments in financial markets, economic trends, and regulatory changes that may impact investments.
• Monitor and assess the performance of external fund managers and investment advisors.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders including clients, brokers, and financial institutions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and sustain a client's trust.
• Analytical skills to interpret market information.
• Ability to understand financial data.
• Work effectively under pressure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree (MBA, MS Finance) and professional certifications (CFA, CPA) are preferred.
• Proven experience as an Investment Manager, Portfolio Manager, or similar role in the financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, investment strategies, and risk management techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound investment decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain investment concepts and strategies to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
