MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLETo perform independent reviews on business processes, functions, governance, operations and control environment to provide assurance to board and senior management.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops and maintains the Audit Universe to identify key risk areas and supports in the preparation of the Annual Audit Plan, ensuring effective resource allocation.
• Prepares risk-based Audit programs and conducts independent reviews in accordance with the International Auditing Standards and the Internal Audit Department's Code of Ethics.
• Prepares detailed audit reports and recommends action plans to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
• Advices Senior Management in performing risk assessments and monitors the risk status in alignment with flydubai's risk management practices.
• Ensures compliance with Internal policies, procedures and best practices, to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinates internally and supports reviews conducted by External Auditors to ensure alignment with audit objectives.
• Represents the Internal Audit Department in meetings and communications with senior management, providing expertise and insight.
• Performs assessments and investigations at managements request, ensuring thorough analysis and prompt resolution of critical concerns.
