Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced

Senior Interior Designer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

interior design, space planning, and fit-out projects

, with expertise in

luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail spaces

. This role requires excellent

design, project management, and client-facing skills

to deliver high-quality interiors that align with client needs and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and timely execution. Develop

design concepts, mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings

for client presentations. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to

understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions

. Oversee space planning, material selection, and furniture layout to achieve functional and aesthetic goals. Prepare detailed

drawings, specifications, and BOQs

for execution. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Work closely with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of fit-out works. Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently. Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing design direction and quality control.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

. Minimum

5+ years of experience

in interior design, preferably in the

fit-out industry

. Strong portfolio showcasing experience in

residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail interiors

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software

. Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture selections. Strong project management and leadership skills. Excellent communication and client management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. Knowledge of

sustainable and smart design practices

is a plus.
