We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead their Interior Design department, with a strong focus on hospitality projects. As the Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for spearheading our Interior Design department, bringing your expertise in hospitality project typology to the forefront. You will lead the conceptualization and execution of high-end hospitality projects, coordinating closely with clients and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional design solutions that align with the vision and goals of our clients. This role demands a high level of creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of hospitality projects, from concept to completion, ensuring the highest quality of design and execution.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and objectives, translating these into innovative and functional design solutions.
• Coordinate and manage all external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and vendors, ensuring seamless project delivery.
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and detailed design documentation to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the selection of materials, furnishings, and finishes to ensure they align with the project\'s aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Mentor and guide junior designers within the team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in the hospitality design industry, integrating them into your work.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Interior Design, with a strong focus on hospitality projects.
• Proven track record in leading and delivering high-end hospitality design projects.
• Exceptional concept design skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling and functional spaces.
• Strong client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients.
• Extensive experience in coordinating with external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit.
• A degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Previous experience working in Dubai or the Middle East region is a plus.
