Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of creative flair and practical expertise to design and deliver outstanding interior spaces across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. Key Responsibilities:

l Lead the conceptualization and execution of interior design projects for the real estate portfolio.

l Develop and present detailed interior concepts, plans, and 3D renderings to clients and leadership.

l Select and source high-quality materials, furnishings, fixtures, and finishes in line with project requirements.

l Oversee all phases of the interior design process, from initial concept development to on-site implementation.

l Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure seamless delivery.

l Stay informed about market trends, sustainability practices, and innovative design solutions to create cutting-edge spaces.

l Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Qualifications:

l Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

l Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of real estate projects.

l Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

l In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and building codes.

l Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

l Experience in luxury or high-end real estate projects is preferred.
