Coordinate with client to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose and function.
Advise client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and use of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination.
Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to client for approval.
Coordinate 3D renderings,CAD and revit teams and other Consultant/Employees as needed
Develop creative solutions to design problems.
Support team in proposal preparation, marketing and client engagement to support business growth as needed
Analyze building codes, by-laws, space requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on interior designs.
Determine a method of presentation to graphically represent building plans.
Assist the PM in developing the agenda for the weekly team meetings.
Manage 2-3 medium to big scale projects at the same time
Collaborate with project managers and team members to maintain financial health of the project.
QA/QC ones own work product and the work product of others.
Any other scope necessary to complete assigned project in successful manner
Stand in and support in Design management and Proposal Management activities.
Work alongside management team on marketing materials, New client engagement, Company promotion, etc
Required profileRequirements :
Bachelor or Master Degrees in Interior Design or Architecture Design.
10+yrs exp working for internationally known design firms.
Strong Portfolio in large scale hospitality and residential projects globally and locally.
Strong Conceptual Design Skills, creative mind, with strong story telling ability.
Skills in Design softwares, including Rhino.
Hands-on design ability, capable to lead teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
