We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer with a passion for luxury residential projects. With over 8 years of experience, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and creativity to our team, leading projects from concept to completion. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of high-profile projects, guiding both design and project teams to deliver exceptional results.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for luxury residential projects, from initial concept through to final installation.
• Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their vision and translating it into sophisticated, innovative design solutions.
• Oversee and mentor a team of designers, ensuring the highest standards of creativity and quality are met.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies, integrating these into your projects.
• Foster relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential projects.
• Proven experience in leading projects and managing design teams.
• Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively to clients and team members.
