Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Development: Assist the department head in preparing initial concept drawings, renders, and material selection based on project requirements and client preferences.

Design Deliverables: Create and prepare design deliverables for clients, including presentations, final renders, mood boards, and other visual materials to effectively communicate design concepts.

Coordination: Collaborate with senior staff, junior staff, and draftsmen to coordinate the initial design criteria and ensure alignment with project goals and specifications.

2D Drafting: Utilize AutoCAD and Rhinoceros for 2D drafting, ensuring adherence to industry standards and design principles.

3D Modeling: Develop 3D models using SketchUp, 3DS MAX, Rhinoceros, and optionally Revit or ArchiCAD, based on project requirements.

Rendering: Apply rendering expertise using V-Ray, I-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape to produce high-quality and realistic visualizations of design concepts.

Graphic Design: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, for graphic design tasks, including creating visual materials and presentations.

Office Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, for documentation and communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the UAE.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing your work and design process.
• Proficiency in 2D drafting software (AutoCAD and Rhinoceros).
• Experience in 3D modeling with software such as SketchUp, 3DS MAX, Rhinoceros, and optionally Revit or ArchiCAD.
• Rendering expertise with V-Ray, I-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape.
• Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
