Job Description

• We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in interior design, a strong portfolio showcasing diverse project experience, and a proven ability to lead design teams and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept development through to project completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into creative and functional design solutions.
• Produce detailed design drawings, plans, and 3D visualizations.
• Select and specify materials, furnishings, and finishes.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
• Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback.
• Stay current with industry trends, products, and best practices.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and design presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional interior design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of residential and/or commercial projects.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.=
