Halo Interiors LLC is a bespoke Joinery and turnkey Fitout company specializing in creating exceptional spaces for commercial, residential, and hospitality clients.

We are looking to expand our operations and are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Interior Designers to join our dynamic team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Inception:

• Lead initial client meetings to understand project requirements, goals, and objectives.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information on existing space conditions, constraints, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop design concepts that align with project scope and budget.
• Prepare project proposals, including scope of work, timelines, and project requirements.

Client Brief Understanding:

• Interpret client briefs and translate them into creative and functional design solutions.
• Conduct thorough research on client preferences, brand identity, and industry trends to inform design concepts.
• Prepare and present design concepts to clients through sketches, mood boards, and 3D visualizations, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Incorporate client feedback and revisions into design iterations, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.

Design Development:

• Develop detailed interior design plans, including space layouts, furniture arrangements, material selections, lighting designs and all other aspects of a project.
• Create comprehensive design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to source materials, furnishings, and finishes that meet project requirements and quality standards.
• Oversee the preparation of construction documents and permit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local codes and regulations.

Project Execution:

• Manage project timelines and resources effectively to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, address any design issues or modifications, and ensure adherence to design intent.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve construction-related challenges and ensure quality craftsmanship.
• Conduct final inspections and snagging to verify that all design elements are implemented according to specifications and quality standards.

Client Satisfaction and Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing attentive service, clear communication, and timely updates on project progress.
• Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Seek opportunities for additional services and project extensions through proactive client engagement and understanding of client needs.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and follow-ups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Required skills:

• Over 7 years of experience in residential projects (interior design & execution).
• At least 3 years of experience in the UAE, specifically in high-end luxury residential projects as a design manager/director.
• A portfolio demonstrating previous work on luxury residential villas within the UAE.
• Proven track record in developing, managing, and mentoring teams of designers, visualizers, and draftsmen.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work under tight project deadlines.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
