Required Professional Requirements & Qualifications:

6-10 years of experience as a Senior Interior Designer preferably in the UAE
Bachelor\'s Degree in Interior Design and/or Architecture
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe inDesign, Photoshop, and other design software
Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
Strong background in interior design and project management
Strong experience in space planning, contract documents, administration, and FF&E
Ability to assess, interpret, and apply client standards
Experience in Hospitality, F&B, Residential, and Commercial sectors
Should have experience in managing a team
Capable of being a design critic to evaluate work done in-house or externally
Must be based in the UAE

Responsibilities:

Lead the design process for assigned projects - from concept development to final installation
Serve as the technical resource for all matters related to Interior Design, finishing design and construction quality by reviewing standards, specifications, and drawings on allocated projects
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and develop design solutions that exceed their expectations
Manage a team of Junior Designers and oversee their work to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to a high standard
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate these into design solutions as appropriate
Manage project budgets and ensure that all expenses are accurately tracked and reported
Provide design guidance and mentorship to Junior Designers, ensuring that they develop their skills and expertise
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders, and act as the main point of contact for all project-related communication
