HQ Group is looking for an Experienced Architect / Interior designer who can deal with design from conceptual development till completion of the project. Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and sketch design plans and ideas for client requirements.
- Attend to client meetings.
- To prepare, and develop with the team where required, drawings, models, images, material & mood boards and other documents relating to the design.
- Able to prepare detailed drawings and Layout drawings.
- Create compelling design presentations using various media, including mood boards and design boards
- Meets with clients to program the project requirements.
- Make informed selections on materials, finishes, and furnishings in order to align with design concepts and project requirements.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with sub-contractors and workers to provide assistance and technical support.
- Perform overall quality of the work and report regularly on project status.
- Set timeline for the completion of a project.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
- 3 years of proven work experience in joinery fit-out field - renovations and new constructions for villas & apartments, offices, retail shops, government projects landscaping and outdoor design.
- Should have knowledge regarding all the mandatory approvals needed to accomplish the project.
- Expertise in layout, shop drawings, color, lighting, material selection, custom furniture and all installations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch up, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.
- Have an Industry recognized diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture
- Project management skills
- Self-motivated and able to take responsibility.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
