Project Leadership and Management
• Project Oversight : Lead interior design projects from concept through completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Team Coordination : Manage and mentor junior designers and other team members, delegating tasks and ensuring that the team works efficiently and collaboratively.
• Client Interaction : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and budget constraints, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Vendor Management : Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure materials and services, and ensure that all elements meet the project's design specifications and quality standards.
Design Development
• Conceptualization : Develop and present innovative design concepts that align with the client's vision and requirements, including mood boards, sketches, and digital renderings.
• Space Planning : Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D models to illustrate design ideas, ensuring efficient use of space and adherence to building codes and regulations.
• Material Selection : Choose appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and color palettes, ensuring they meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements.
• Technical Drawings : Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction and installation, ensuring precision and accuracy.
