Job Description

Reporting into the Senior Director of Interior Design, the Senior Interior Design Manager works closely in leading the design and execution of interior spaces within our real-estate portfolio of luxury residential and hospitality projects. They are responsible for developing interior design strategies, guiding design processes, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The Senior Interior Design Manager will collaborate closely with other departments and external design consultancies to integrate interior design concepts seamlessly into overall project designs while also ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Qualifications, Experiences, Core Competencies Bachelor's or master's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution. Minimum of 12 years of experience in interior/FF&E design of luxury residential and 5* hospitality projects in the Middle East. Strong technical knowledge in project documentation, shop drawings, RFI's, variations and site coordination. Must have previous experience in providing professional support of site supervision at post contract stage for interior design services. Must have previous experience in highlighting design variations that involve cost and time impact to the project. Proficiency in interior design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Must have strong communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Seniority level
