Senior Instructor
Job Description
Ensure that the daily training operations of the department is maintained in line with GTSC and external standards. All equipment used during training is maintained and in proper working order, any non-conformities to be reported to the General Manager. Set clear leadership qualities and develop the training of department staff. Liaise with on-call instructors based on the upcoming Training schedule if required. To analyze any new training requirements within the industry and make any changes to the course syllabus when required. Ensure the technicians complete and report the maintenance activities on timely basis. Conduct quality assurance meetings as required by accredited bodies Ensure internal audit requirements are fulfilled Ensure Medical Emergency Response procedures are maintained as required on timely basis Carry out any emergency procedures when require Assess candidates for the practical demonstration Delivery of Marine courses. Assist the General Manager with the development of Marine department and GTSC as an international training provider as and when required. To support all other training programs as and when required within the capacity of qualification
