Job Description
Black & Grey HR is seeking a Senior Institutional analytics Officer for a top university in the Northern Emirates. This role involves leading efforts to ensure the institution continuously improves through effective assessment and evidence-based practices.Responsibilities include:- Lead the Unit of Assessment and Effectiveness to meet its goals and align with the institution\'s strategic objectives.- Review and provide feedback on annual effectiveness reports from all colleges.- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all university units by guiding and supporting assessment practices.- Develop and run training programs for faculty and staff on institutional effectiveness.- Organize and lead workshops to improve understanding of assessment processes.- Research and apply best practices and bench marking in institutional improvement.- Conduct surveys to identify areas for improvement and growth.- Create and manage plans for evaluating educational outcomes, ensuring they align with the institution\'s goals.- Assess new academic programs and recommend improvements as needed.- Prepare annual and survey reports, and provide corrective action reports.- Audit course files and recommend improvements.- Coordinate meetings and prepare responses to external review reports.- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Executive Director of OIPE.
