We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Infrastructure Senior Manager to oversee and manage multiple infrastructure contracts, including utilities, main infrastructure buildings, lagoons, and lakes. The role requires a highly skilled individual to ensure that consultants and contractors perform their duties as per the signed contracts and report any variances. The Infrastructure Senior Manager will manage day-to-day operations and ensure the timely and successful completion of all infrastructure projects according to specified quality, cost, and program standards. Key Accountabilities: Manage and direct consultants to meet design and construction requirements. Closely monitor consultant and contractor activities to ensure compliance with project specifications. Attend all progress meetings, making decisions within your authority. Fully understand all design documentation, drawings, specifications, contract terms, and special requirements, including program milestones. Report on the progress of works and the performance of consultants and contractors. Ensure correct project setting out and demarcation according to approved plans and levels. Verify completeness of progress payment claims from consultants and contractors. Maintain an up-to-date register for contract variations, submittals, and site instructions. Recommend or act on all submittals, variation requests, and site instructions, ensuring budgets are maintained. Collaborate with all departments to plan the infrastructure strategy. Ensure consultant and contractor performance and compliance with contractual obligations and standards. Inspect construction activities and ensure documentation compliance. Track construction program and recommend corrective actions for slippage. Ensure timely material submittals from consultants and contractors, making approval recommendations. Review consultants' and contractors' reports and ensure timely completion for monthly management reporting. Follow up with authorities, consultants, and contractors to obtain necessary permits and approvals. Oversee sound financial management of professional fees and contractor progress payments. Ensure proper performance of all design and supervising consultants. Act as the 'Employer's Representative' in all relevant contracts, ensuring site safety. Provide monthly project management reports and maintain up-to-date project files. Ensure timely submission of all project materials, particularly final appearance finishes requiring top management approval. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. PMP or any other relevant certification is required. 11-13 years of post-graduate experience in construction, development, or consulting firms. Seniority level
