Job Description

Duties:

• Detailed Cost Estimates : Prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure projects, specifically in the areas of sewer systems, irrigation, stormwater management, and utilities.
• Specialization in Infrastructure Networks : Specialize in estimating costs for sewage networks, drainage systems, irrigation systems, and water supply networks.
• Technical Analysis : Analyze technical drawings, specifications, and design plans for infrastructure networks to ensure accurate cost estimation.
• Quantity Calculation : Calculate quantities of materials, labor, and equipment required for complex infrastructure works, including pipelines and pumping stations.
• Contractual Review : Review tender documents and prepare a list of contractual obligations, including milestones, Liquidated Damages (LD), and special contract conditions.
