Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Fly Middleton. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, exceptional sales skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa documentation, packages, and services.
• Prepare and present customized travel proposals and itineraries.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
• Mentor and support junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of travel products, services, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
