Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team as a Senior/Lead Estimator. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, preparing bids, analyzing tender documents to ensure competitive pricing, and attending client meetings, if required.

Job Responsibility:

Analyzing the Tender / Contract documents & preparation of BOQ's & drawings.
Preparation of Tender / Bid documentation, project costing, fit out & joinery costing, quantitative and qualitative estimation.
Preparation of Variation Costing, Compensation / Additional works / Additional time
Conducting measurements, site valuations & quantifying the materials involved in the scope of work.
Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to assess project requirements, prepare cost estimates and quantity take-offs.
Collaborate with various teams to review project requirements and identify materials, labor, and equipment needed.
Prepare detailed bids and proposals in a timely manner.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure they meet project requirements and budget constraints.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior estimators on the team.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Attend client meetings and respond to requests for proposals from potential clients.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Proven experience in UAE as an Estimator in the field of Fitout / Construction (minimum of 5 years experience is a MUST)
Experience in material management
Experience in managing and sourcing interior fit-out suppliers
Good Knowledge of the Fit Out Suppliers & Sub Contractors in the local market & overseas.
Multi-tasking and ability to work with more than one project.
Effective communication skills and technically sound.
