Senior Human Resources Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager on behalf of our client in Dubai. This role will be instrumental in supporting the CHRO in all HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and HR policy development. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure smooth payroll processing Support recruitment efforts to build a strong talent pool Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace culture enhancement Ensure HR policies align with labor laws and keep managers informed of updates Assist in manpower budgeting and HR project execution What WeaEUR(TM)re Looking For: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience Strong focus on payroll processing Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in HR tools, Microsoft Office, and payroll systems Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred Salary: 30-35k plus family benefits including schooling NOTE: Only candidates currently based in the UAE with local experience will be considered.
