Employee Engagement and Retention : Create initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention, promoting a supportive and inclusive work environment. Performance Management : Oversee performance review processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement programs to foster professional growth. Learning and Development : Design and execute training programs to upskill employees and support leadership development. HR Policies and Compliance : Ensure compliance with local labor laws and best practices globally, and maintain up-to-date HR policies. Compensation and Benefits : Review and refine compensation structures and employee benefits to ensure competitiveness in the market. Culture and Change Management : Foster a positive organizational culture, championing diversity and inclusion, and supporting change management efforts as the company evolves. HR Operations : Streamline HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS management, for efficiency and scalability. What We're Looking For:
Experience : 7+ years in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role, preferably within a global or fast-growing organization. Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the PR, marketing, or tech industries is a strong advantage; experience with Web3 or blockchain is a plus. Leadership : Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage change, and drive HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. Strategic Mindset : Strong ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations effectively. Global Perspective : Experience working with diverse teams across multiple geographies, understanding cultural nuances and labor laws. Skills : Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; proficiency with HR tools and systems.
