Job Title: Senior HR Manager 12+ years ( UAE Experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12+ years ( UAE Experience) of progressive HR experience in the UAE, with a strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Planning & Development:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Conduct HR needs assessments and develop talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
• Manage performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
• Lead the recruitment and selection process for all positions.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive transition.
• Compensation & Benefits:
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus plans, and employee benefits.
• Conduct salary surveys and ensure competitive compensation packages.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Employee Relations:
• Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflicts.
• Advise management on HR-related matters.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Legal & Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all applicable UAE Labor Laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Advise management on legal and regulatory issues related to HR.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience in the UAE
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's Degree in Human Resources Management (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with HRIS systems (preferred)
