This pivotal role will drive cultural development and establish foundational HR pillars, including Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Compensation & Benefits. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building a strong corporate culture and a proven track record of leading HR initiatives in a corporate environment.Minimum Requirements: * Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR management in the UAE.
Proven experience working with engineers and understanding their unique HR needs.
Background in corporate HR management. Huge plus if with experience in manufacturing environments.
Strong people management skills, with experience working with diverse teams from various backgrounds and nationalities.
Demonstrated experience leading HR disruption projects and policy development.

Talent Acquisition: Develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring alignment with the organization\'s needs.
Performance Management: Implement effective performance management processes that drive accountability and employee development.
Compensation & Benefits: Evaluate and enhance compensation structures and benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market standards.
People Management:
Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.
Drive initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the workforce.
Project Leadership:
Lead and manage disruption projects, such as changing bonus systems, implementing grading systems, and developing HR policies.
Oversee the execution of HR projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business needs.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, particularly within the UAE.
Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR services.
